Lynn has been in the Social Work and education fields since 1991.As a clinician and educator, Lynn has served children and families in their homes, communities and schools. As an administrator in special education settings, Lynn has developed and supervised therapeutic behavior management programs and worked closely with therapists, teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure student success in the school milieu. Lynn is a strong student advocate and has been an active member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team process through the development, implementation and monitoring of IEPs and FBAs. She is a certified LSCI Senior Trainer and certified TACT II instructor. Lynn has conducted numerous certification trainings as well as other clinical and behavioral trainings for educators, clinicians and parents.

Angela has worked in the counseling and education fields since 1991.The focus of her work has been with children and adolescents with emotional disabilities, behavioral disorders, and learning challenges. In her role as the Clinical Director in a special education school, Angela was a primary resource for parents, teachers, clinicians and other administrators in the areas of behavior management, crisis prevention/intervention and issues relating to ADHD, depression, anxiety and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Angela has conducted numerous workshops, trainings and staff development seminars on understanding the needs of students. Angela has participated in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings, has developed IEPs and FBAs and has extensive knowledge about the special education process including IDEA and COMAR. Angela is also trained in LSCI and TACT II.
